At Polly Clothing Shop, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or holidays.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via DHL or FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch. Shipping fee is $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Regions

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Graphic Tees: Due to the custom nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
  • Final Sale Items: Any items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to proceed, including the return address and any necessary forms.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, including all original tags and packaging.
  4. Ship Your Item: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchange Process

If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you as soon as we receive and process your return. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
